How do top engineers use LLMs for coding tasks?

I am an engineer for early career and would like to sharpen how I use LLMs to codize. I would like to learn from the best engineers of companies at Faang level or others for clean, structured thinking. Are there resources (blogs, reposes, videos, conference talks) in which engineers are used systematically for things such as debugging, codegen, refactoring or architectural research with the help of LLMs?
