Could anyone please help me with an image generation prompt?

So I used Google's new "nano banana" and it was great so far. I do it to enjoy visual art to take pictures of me. What I like to do is to deliver a picture of me, along with an visual artificial reference that I want to inspire image generation. However, it is impossible to get what I want. Either it fully tiles the reference image and distorts my face completely, or it literally sticks my face like the original reference. It's super annoying - everything I want is an original picture of visual art of me, which is inspired by and in the same style as the reference picture. How do I ask the fact that I want an original visual art picture that is inspired by and in the same style as the reference? Can someone help? It was very frustrating. I would very much appreciate everyone who can offer an effective prompt.
